Our head brewer Christina has been taking a little of the downtime we have while waiting for equipment to arrive to work on piloting out recipes for Landwash Brewery. As the co-head brewer at Toronto’s Folly Brewpub, she brewed expressive Belgian-inspired beers and funky barrel aged goodness that has been called among the best in the province. These days she’s returned to her homebrewing (and Newfoundland!) roots and is brewing lots of bright, juicy pale ales and clean, crispy little dry hopped lagers. We’re excited to share them with you by the end of the year. What kind of beer do you want to from Landwash Brewery? Leave a comment below and let us know what Christina should brew next!
