HERE ARE A FEW FAQS:
Is there a fee to book the loft?
Yes, please email Nicole to discuss the fee as it changes depending on the needs of your booking.
Is the loft booking fee refundable?
No, the fee is not refundable in the case of a cancellation. In the case of the brewery closing (due to weather or unforeseeable circumstances), the fee will be refunded.
What is the capacity of the loft?
The capacity of the loft is 58 people.
Is the loft wheelchair accessible?
No, sadly at the moment the loft is only accessible via stairs.
Do you provide catering?
Yes via our wonderful partners Johnny and Mae’s! You can email johnnyandmaes@gmail.com to inquire about catering for your event.
Can we bring in our own drinks?
No, all drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, must be provided by Landwash.
Can we bring in food with outside catering?
Being that we have Johnny & Mae’s on site, PLEASE do not bring in outside food! Small snacks for the table such as chips or candy, or a cake for a special occasion are fine, other than that, please respect this policy.
Can we decorate?
Absolutely! We only asked that you don’t put push pin (tacs) in the wall or have confetti.
Are minors allowed in the loft?
Yes! Minors are allowed in the building as long as they are acompanied by an adult until 8:30pm (due to our liquor license). After 8:30pm, all minors must leave the building.
