HERE ARE A FEW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Is there a fee to book the loft?
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable $100+ tax ($115 in total) rental fee is required. You will receive an automatic email from us with an invoice and all the needed information for payment.
Minimum Spend Policy
There is a required minimum spend, plus tax and an 18% gratuity. If the minimum isn’t met, the difference will be charged at the end of your event — either by card, cash, or invoice.
Minimum Spend Guidelines:
20 guests – $475 + tax
30 guests – $700 + tax
40+ guests – $900 + tax
Minimum spend applies to bar service only.
What is the capacity of the loft?
The capacity of the loft is 58 people.
Is the loft wheelchair accessible?
No, sadly at the moment the loft is only accessible via stairs.
Can we bring in food with outside catering?
Catering can be ordered through Johnny & Maes! You can email Johnny & Maes at
johnnyandmaes@gmail.com to discuss their offerings!
Please do not bring outside food. A cake for a special occasion is fine, other than that, please respect this policy.
Can we bring in our own drinks?
No, all drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, must be provided by Landwash.
Can we decorate?
Absolutely! We only asked that you don’t put tape on the wall or have confetti.
Are minors allowed in the loft?
Yes! Minors are allowed in the building as long as they are accompanied by an adult until 8:30pm (due to our liquor license). After 8:30 pm, all minors must leave the building.
